Food Industry Research and Development Institute
The function of FIRDI is to help establish the general policy of food industry development and execute consulting services to the food industry. We develop new technology, and new products to improve the sanitation and quality of processed foods. We help accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the food industry. We disseminate food technology and marketing information and provide processing and management techniques. We also organize training programs and seminars to upgrade the level of processing technology.
