1. How do I gain access to the CMX database?

   If you have not received a NEW USER email from SQFI (Safe Quality Food Institute), send an email to info@sqfi.com, and we will resend the NEW USER email with your access credentials. Please do NOT create a new user

    

2. Can I update the scope/information on my audit report during the audit?

   No, there are specific times when the scope/ information in an audit can be updated. These updates can occur prior to the audit starting in “Pending” status and again once the audit reaches “Certification Pending” status.

    

3.                 Is there an offline tool for Auditors?

   Yes, only auditors can utilize SQF’s auditing application to complete an audit offline.

    

4.                  How do auditors get the app?

   After getting access to your account, click on the hamburger menu on your top right to reveal – system >> offline client downloads instructions.

   If the system is not available to you, search your application store for “CMX1” and download the app

    

5.               What is the subdomain for SQF’s Assessment Database offline tool?

Type: “sqfi” all lowercase letters.
