How to Download your Certification Report

This article, for both new and returning customers, addresses downloading your audit report from the SQF Assessment Database. 

1. Login to the SQF Assessment Database. 

2. Navigate to “My Audits” under the menu.  

3. When you find the audit that you want and click on the blue “View” button. This will take you to the “Certification Process” page.  

4. Go to the “Certification Details” located on the right side of the page.  

5. Under “Reports” click on “Certification Report.pdf” and your certification report will download to your device.
