To access the Assessment Database, visit SQFI.com and click the “REGISTER” link, not the “LOGIN” link.
Can we update Corporate or Site information in SQF’s Assessment Database?
As a customer, you cannot directly update Corporate or Site information in CMX. However, you can submit a request to info@SQFI.com, and we will handle the updates for you.
Are historical audit reports viewable in SQF’s Assessment Database?
Currently, historical data cannot be viewed via the Assessment Database. However, there are plans to make historical data available in the future.
Should we register in the SQFI Assessment Database if we have already started or completed our audit?
Follow the instructions of your certification body. According to the SQF code, all sites must always have an active registration, so you must register your site before your audit start date.
How do I gain access to the SQF Assessment Database?
For Existing or New Customers:
Access our home page at: https://www.sqfi.com/directories/sqf-assessment-database
Start the process as a NEW USER by providing your First Name, Last Name, and email address.
An email will be sent to you with your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
Search for your Organization and request access
For the best result, search by the first word of your organization's name
Can we register for a Multisite audit (central site with a minimum of 10 Subsites) via SQF’s Assessment Database?
No, the registration of a central site with sub-sites takes place outside of the new SQF assessment database. To register a central site with ten or more sub-sites, email info@SQFI.com with all the site names, addresses, and codes for the audits.
