Before you start “Corrective Actions,” ensure you are the Primary Contact. If your profile resembles Example A, you are the Primary Contact and can continue. If it looks like Example B, follow the steps to update your Contact Type first.
Verify Primary Contact Status:
Click on Contact Information and check if “Primary” is listed under “Contact Type” next to your name.
Example A: If “Primary” is not listed but you see the UPDATE button next to your name, click UPDATE, check the box next to “Primary,” and click SAVE.
Example B: If “Primary” is not listed and you do not see the UPDATE button, ask your Corporate Contact to update your status to Primary Contact or email info@sqfi.com for assistance.
2. After you have verified that you are the site's Primary Contact, click on Action Items under quick links on your home page.
3. Click open next to each Action Item.
4. Click CLAIM or REASSIGN/REASSIGN TO ME on the right-hand side once the edit screen opens.
5. Click Edit.
6. Enter your responses.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each Corrective Action.
